lazy....

Geting this diet underway, has gving me some issue. As I expected getting food that's on m diet nearly impossible. I am forced to eat what everyone else is. I have managed to stay clear of chips and snacks that arnt good for me. I've been muching on protine bars and edamame. It has been to damn cold to go out and exersise. And the kids have not give me anytime to do some sit ups at home.

I've been looking at othr options such as pills. But money is tight till we find our own place. I hate to saying I'm am holding out on really getting into my diet til we find our own place but it seams that is what's going on. Things will be easier when I am back in charge of what my family eats, and when I do the shopping again. It so hard to eat right eating habits. And you have no control over what's cooked.

Update I am at 125. 10-15 lbs more is where I want to be. Luckly I no longer have to crazy tone my stomach before october. My outfit has slightly changed to cover my tummy. And I just bought a body shaper corset so that wil help take a few inches off my waist in any case.

potien bars

Found these awesome protien bars at the store last night. They are called Luna bars. They were on sale for 99cents. At first i picked them due to price and when i looked a the back the sugar was the lowest of any other bar in the store.

Then i had one this morning... and omg if these arent the best tasting bar ive ever hand. I picked the leamon zest and it tasted just like a leamon merainge pie. Brandon had the peppermint chocolate.. said it was like a york peppermint patty.

Grab yourself one! Totally a healthy yummy protien bar.

The day is upon me...

In a week or two I will begin the hardest part of my new diet. 15days.. no sugar, a strict diet of protien full food. Going from regular meals. To smaller and more meals. Going from busy mommy who struggles to get an hour to sit and relax. To using anytime I get free to exersise. So soon as I get to go out and celebrate my anniversery and my last meal. Hopfully this blog will gain some life. Hoping to post daily notes (such as what I ate and exersise updates) to a hopefully very suggesful less achivement progress and pictures.

Waiting.. and waiting

I am so ready to start my diet and exercise....

I am just waiting on a few things.

1. my 6 week check up
2. The money to buy the stuff I am going to be eating. (since its different from everyone else I am expecting a fight to get what I need)
3. the February holidays to roll past. (v-day, which totally sucked, and My birthday) where I plan on indulging in some drinking.. which when I diet will be off limites.
$. also going to buy some roller blades.. I rather blade then run.. I have more fun and I think it could really tones my legs.

Last of the babies!



The last 2 Blizzcon I have not been able to cosplay (or Cosplay full out) due to being pregnant. Well that ill not be the case this year! This year I am going to rock it!

William Alexander-Scott Deeter was born the 29th of Jan 2011. Weighing in at 7pounds 7 ounces and 20.1 inches long. So now we have our 4 little cuties kids time for mommy to focus on herself.

Before getting married and having kids.. almost 5 years ago. I weighed 100lbs. Fit into a size 0-2 pants but i was very twig like. After Ryan I weighed in about 110, after Kaleigh round 115, Alyssa didn't give me much time to recover till William started on his way so I think I was about 120.

So the goal is to get back down around 105-110 but keep my curves and add some muscle tone to my legs stomach (its in bad shape after 4 births.) Ideally the goal is a size 2-4 in pants size 2 dress. And the goal time..... Blizzcon 2011!!! My BFF Leslie and I have a ravishingly sexy cosplay for me this year, and I want the body to rock it!

So the journey begins.... The day I went into labor with Will I was 144.. EPP!! Yet the time i left the hospital I was down to 129 before the full recovery of 6 weeks. I love my body some times. I am in size 8 pants.

Soon as the doc gives me the go in 6 weeks the exercise will begin. Diet begins at the beginning of the week.. or next grocery shopping trip. On the advice of my BFF I am going heavy protein. Shake for breakfast, bar for lunch, and a heavy protein meat salad for dinner. At least for now that is the outline, I am sure I'll make adjustments as needed.

So I as hoping for before after shots of the preggers belly then as i progress posting thoes, but in the stress of labor, I forgot to take one. So sadly you will all be denied that treat, lol.
