I am so ready to start my diet and exercise....
I am just waiting on a few things.
1. my 6 week check up
2. The money to buy the stuff I am going to be eating. (since its different from everyone else I am expecting a fight to get what I need)
3. the February holidays to roll past. (v-day, which totally sucked, and My birthday) where I plan on indulging in some drinking.. which when I diet will be off limites.
$. also going to buy some roller blades.. I rather blade then run.. I have more fun and I think it could really tones my legs.
You can do it!! It seems many of our cosplaying buddies are working hard to look great for blizzcon this year, and I plan on doing the same :D I'm hoping to start before the month is up. I've got 25lbs to lose :D Good luck to you!!
